Tim Russert Dies of a Heart Attack

A giant has died today. If you follow politics, then you know Tim Russert. If you needed to know what was going on in US politics, all you needed to do was watch “Meet the Press” on Sunday.

Mr Russert was an honest, god fearing man, who loved this family, this country, and the American people. His only goal was to unravel the complicated political sytem of America into terms the general population could understand.

For 17 years, I have watched Mr Russert and learned how the system worked. I loved his passion for politics and for the country. He vetted many politicans and crackpots. One of his most memorable interviews was with David Duke, after Mr Russert was though, David Duke was finished.

My Sundays will not be the same, God speed Mr Russert your going home.
